We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, our refund policy is designed to be fair for both our customers and our business.

Digital Products (Plugins, Themes, Downloads)

14-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date if the product does not function as described on its product page. To be eligible for a refund:

  • The request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • You must describe the issue you are experiencing and provide reasonable evidence (screenshots, error messages, environment details).
  • You must have attempted to resolve the issue with our support team first.

Refunds Are NOT Available For

  • Change of mind or “no longer needed” after downloading the product.
  • Incompatibility with third-party plugins, themes, or custom configurations not listed in the product requirements.
  • Issues caused by modifications you made to the product code.
  • Requests made after the 14-day refund window has passed.

Custom Development Services

For custom development work (website builds, Web3 integrations, consulting):

  • Refund terms are defined in the individual project agreement or proposal.
  • Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon scope, we will provide a pro-rata refund for undelivered work.

How to Request a Refund

  2. Provide your order details — Include your order number, the product name, and a description of the issue.
  3. Allow time for review — We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe.
  • Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Upon refund, your license for the product will be revoked, and you must remove the product from your website(s).

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks incur fees that harm our business, and we are committed to resolving any issues through our support process. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended.
