Understand the difference between the free and Pro versions of AshePay.
AshePay has two versions. The free version is a complete, permanent payment gateway - there is no trial period and no expiry. The Pro version adds multi-chain support and a few advanced features.

The key difference
With the free version, you pick one blockchain in your settings - for example Ethereum. Every customer who pays with crypto will use Ethereum. They can choose between ETH, USDT, or USDC, but they cannot switch to a different blockchain.
With Pro, all 8 blockchains are active at the same time. Your customer sees a chain selector at checkout and can pick whichever they prefer - Solana, BNB, Bitcoin, etc.
When does Pro pay for itself? If you process $1,700+ per month, eliminating Stripe's 2.9% fee saves more than the annual Pro license cost. For most stores that sell digital products or serve an international audience, the break-even point arrives quickly.
Activating Pro
After purchasing AshePay Pro from ashelabs.io, you will receive a license key by email and in your dashboard. To activate:
- Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Payments → AshePay
- Scroll to the License section
- Paste your license key and click Activate
- Save settings - all 8 chains will now be available
Your license key is also saved in your Ashe Labs dashboard at any time in case you need to retrieve it.
