Customer Reaches the Payment Page
With Pro, the customer picks their preferred blockchain and token at checkout - ETH, SOL, BTC, BNB, and more. With the free version, the payment goes straight to your configured chain (Ethereum or Bitcoin). The exact crypto amount is calculated instantly using live market prices, with a small unique decimal offset so concurrent payments are always matched to the right order.
Instant "Pay Now" Email
The moment the order is placed, AshePay sends a payment instructions email with a large Pay Now → button at the top. One tap opens the payment page: QR code, wallet address, exact amount, and countdown timer - no hunting through email for a link.
Automatic Blockchain Monitoring
AshePay uses Action Scheduler (WooCommerce's built-in job queue) to scan the blockchain every minute. When a matching transaction is detected, the payment page updates live - no refresh needed. Your admin bar badge drops and a confirmation email goes to the customer automatically.

Do I need a crypto wallet to use AshePay?
Yes - you need a wallet receive address for each chain you want to accept. Any standard wallet works: MetaMask, Phantom, Trust Wallet, or a hardware wallet (Ledger, Trezor). Just paste the address into the plugin settings. No exchange account or business verification required.
Does AshePay hold my funds at any point?
No. Payments go directly from the customer's wallet to your wallet on the blockchain. AshePay only monitors the blockchain to detect incoming transactions - it never touches, routes, or holds your funds. The plugin has no access to your wallet private keys.
How long does payment detection take?
It depends on the blockchain. Fast chains - Solana, Polygon, BNB Chain, Base, Tron, and Arbitrum - confirm in seconds to under a minute. Ethereum typically takes 1-2 minutes. Bitcoin is the slowest: expect around 30-60 minutes for 3 confirmations. You can adjust the required confirmation count per chain in the settings.
What if the customer sends the wrong amount?
Payments within ±0.5% of the expected amount are automatically accepted. Larger underpayments are flagged as "underpaid" for manual review - or the customer can send the remaining amount as a second transaction and AshePay will combine them automatically. Overpayments complete normally - you keep the full amount received.
What happens with crypto price volatility?
The crypto amount is calculated from live market prices (via ashelabs.io price proxy using Binance data) at the moment the customer initiates payment. A configurable markup buffer (typically 1-2%) protects against price movement during the confirmation window. For stablecoin payments (USDT, USDC), volatility is not a factor - both are dollar-pegged. Most new stores start with USDT on Polygon or BNB Chain to eliminate this concern entirely.
Do I need to configure a cron job on my server?
No. AshePay uses Action Scheduler, WooCommerce's built-in job queue - no server cron configuration needed. Action Scheduler is included with WooCommerce and runs automatically. If Action Scheduler is unavailable for any reason, AshePay falls back to WP-Cron automatically.
Will it work with my theme and page builder?
Yes. AshePay is a native WooCommerce payment gateway - it doesn't modify your theme or override template files. Compatible with Elementor, Divi, Bricks, Kadence, Astra, Flatsome, and virtually every other theme and page builder.
Can I use it on multiple sites?
